Please email us if you are not happy with Loudbasstard.
We are reasonable people and will try our best to work something out. If you are not completely happy with your new Loudbasstard product, please send it back to us within 15 days for a full refund.
Loudbasstard will replace or refund at no charge, at its option, any product that proves defective because of improper workmanship and/or material, under normal installation and use from one month from the day it ships or is purchased.
Our warranty for cases does not extend to damage from abuse, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or impacts, regardless of force. We do not guaranty that our products will protect your device from possible damage and offer no warranty beyond that of our products. Loudbasstard does not offer any warranty on your device used in connection with our products.
Warranty is valid only with the order number, order information email address, and/or product sequence number found on product (but not limited to: source of purchase, receipt and/or customer purchasing information). The purchase of any Loudbasstard product via an unaccredited vendor, will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy.
We limit our warranty replacements due to manufacturing or material defect to two replacement products, per order. If you receive a second replacement product with a defect, we will not send any more products, but will instead offer a full refund or an equal value exchange for another loudbasstard product.
To make a warranty claim, or if your shipment arrived damaged or defective, please email us at email@example.com with your information, proof of purchase and/or product sequence number.In cases of manufacturing errors, for a quicker transaction, we simply ask that you provide us with a video or image of the issue, so that we may ship out your replacement right away.

Returns and Exchanges
We are proud of the quality of our work and we hope you are too! Your product is one of a kind. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order within the first 10 days of receiving your product, simply return it to us at our Cebu, Philippines Office in like-new condition and we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange. All delivery (if any apply) cost must be shouldered by the returnee. If a refund is given, it will be for the full price you paid for the item, unfortunately we cannot refund the return shipping fee back to us unless your product arrived damaged or was produced incorrectly.
Please include the purchaser’s name, order number, proof of purchase with date and/or sequence number found on product with your returned or exchanged product. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.

Due to variations in monitor/screen settings and the wide variation in natural material, images on the website may not match the actual products shipped. Color/grain dissatisfaction is not a valid reason for an exchange.
Domestic Returns and Exchanges
Please note that domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Grovemade. The customer may choose the shipping service they would like to use. We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number.
International Returns and Exchanges
Please note that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items to Grovemade. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
Pricing / Billing
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long while.
Your credit card number is never stores or saved on our servers and your personal information is never shared with anyone. All access to your order information is done via an HTTPS connection.
